An art glass paperweight by American artist Colleen Ott. The work is vertical, standing taller than it is wide and features orange, yellow, red, brown, and blue glass with abstracted designs, metallic luster, and pig designs. The paperweight is signed and dated 2001 to the underside.
Colleen Ott is a contemporary glass artist, with three degrees total from the University of Wisconsin and Ohio State University. She went on to build a studio called the Mineral Point (WI) Foundry and Glass Artist's Studio before eventually moving back to Wisconsin where she continues to practice today.
