A model 121 W-1 1950s wall mount credenza designed by American designer Florence Knoll (1917-2019) for Knoll International. The credenza has two drop-down doors which are joined to the cabinet by hinges and open to reveal interior storage. The white doors feature the original saddle leather tab pulls. The credenza is hung securely on a french cleat which is drilled into the wall with screws. Original Knoll International sticker is intact on the underside.

Florence Knoll was a furniture designer and entrepreneur trained by Bauhaus designers among the likes of Walter Gropius and Mies van der Rohe. Her commitment to function and organization earned her a reputation for subtle but beautiful, practically designed furniture.

72" x 17.75” x 15.25”.

Condition notes:

Overall age appropriate wear, scratches and scuffs present. Credenza has been professionally restored. There is a hole drilled in the back of the cabinet. Credenza is missing its interior shelves but shelf hardware is included.
