A 1967 lithograph poster by German artist Horst Janssen (1929-1995). Signed in pencil to the lower right and titled Laatzen's Bilderbogen, 5, this lithograph is part of a six-part series. Three figures are engaged in action, one holding a rifle, one injured, and one fleeing the scene. Text is printed in German across the bottom of the paper.
Horst Janssen was a prolific draftsman, illustrator, and printmaker. His work was shown at the Venice Biennale in 1968 and received the Grand Prize in graphic art. Additionally, he exhibited at the 1977 Kassel documenta VI.
