Signed and dated to the lower right, this work features abstract shapes of dark brown, purple, and blue that fit together into a rectangular plane. This piece is unframed and is signed and dated lower right. The print is also numbered 20/200 and titled Structure Series #47 to the lower center.
Harry Hilson was active from the 1950s-1990s. He created a variety of works, including oil paintings, ink drawings, wool tapestries, wax paintings, video art, sculpture, and more. His studios could be found in New York, California, Texas, Georgia, and Florida. Hilson and his wife, Jane, also ran a framing company called Fine Art Inc.
