An art glass bowl or vase by the American glass artist Tommie Rush (born 1954). This piece features a blue rim with white satin body. Colorful as well as clear geometric designs reminiscent of confetti accents the exterior of the vase. The underside is signed "T. Rush."
Tommie Rush studied glass art under fellow artist Richard Jolley, who she eventually wed in 1988. She continues to create in Tennessee, focusing on functional forms, like bowls and vases. Her signature style features muted tones and matte finishes to her pieces.
