After Fernand Léger 1950s Limited Edition Abstract Serigraph
A 1950s limited edition abstract serigraph after the French modern artist Fernand Léger (1881-1955). The serigraph was published in the Album of Ten Serigraphs (Sapphire E3) and depicts an abstract figural image in black and yellow. Numbered 191/200, the serigraph is matted and displayed in a black wood frame. The serigraph is signed to the lower right but is extremely faded and can only been by where the pen was impressed in the paper.
27” x 23.5” x 1” (frame); 17” x 13.5” (sight).
Signs of wear. There are several tears on the edges of the print (one on the right side, one at the top left, and one to the lower left). Some discoloration and discoloration spots on the paper. Scratches on the frame. The serigraph is signed to the lower right but is extremely faded and can only been by where the pen was impressed in the paper.
