A 2005 musical instrument assemblage sculpture titled Flutophone by American artist Mark Southerland. The sculpture originates from an Armstrong 103 flute that transitions into a whimsical conglomerate of intertwined bells. The head joint and body of the flute is silver plate. The sculpture is marked "Armstrong 103 USA". 

 

Measurements: 

 27.75" x 13.5" x 8". 

Condition notes:

Overall good condition. Age appropriate wear, scratches, nicks, and scuffs. One of the bells has a slight bend in it. Many areas of small bends and dents.
