A 1970s ceramic bird plaque by Swedish artist Sylvia Leuchovius (1915-2003) for Rörstrand Sweden. Marked with the Rörstrand triple crown mark and "SL Atelje Sweden" to the verso, the plaque is populated with white birds among green leaves while white dot and line detail accent the cobalt blue glaze. 

 

Measurements:

15” x .75” x 15”.

Condition notes:

Crazing present. Minor nicks to the glaze.  Otherwise age appropriate scratches, scuffs and marks.
