An oil on canvas painting of abstract nudes by Romanian- Israeli artist Mosche Katz (born 1937). The painting depicts three lounging female nudes upon a green ground. Half circles filled with pastel squares are present above and below the figures that float within a light blue background. Signed on the bottom right “Mosche Katz," the painting is displayed in a black wooden frame.

Born in Bucharest, Romania, Katz and his family eventually moved to Israeli after fleeing Nazi oppression during World War II. Hestudied art at the Bezalel Academy of Art in Jerusalem in addition to the Chicago Academy of Fine Arts.
