A teak cheeseboard and knife set designed by the Danish designer Jens Quistgaard (1919-2008) for Dansk Designs. This clever mid-century design features a knife which serves as a handle when securely stored in the board. The set includes the original box, which reads "Dansk International Designs LTD. Teakwood Cheeseboard and Knife."
Measurements:
14.5” x 7.5” x 1.5” (Box); 13.75” x 7.25” x 1” (board and knife full); 10.25” x 1.5” x 1” (knife).
Condition notes:
Overall age appropriate scratches, scuffs and marks from use. One inch long scratch to the middle of the board. Damage and significant wear to the box.
