A pair of figurative ceramic salt and pepper shakers designed by the American artist and designer David Gil for Bennington Pottery. Each features a cylindrical body and wide head with a pointed nose, black eyes and a cork stopper. Each is signed "Mrs. Pepper" and "Mr. Salt" to their tops. One shaker is signed Bennington Pottery to the underside, the other is unsigned.


Measurements:
3” x 5.5” x 3” (single shaker).

Condition notes:
Some discoloration throughout. Damage to the corks. Otherwise age appropriate scratches, scuffs and and wear.
