Emil Milan Mid Century Modern Khaya Wood Console Bowl with Sterling Silver Feet
A Mid Century Modern divided console bowl carved by American woodworker Emil Milan (1922-1985). Carved from African mahogany, also known as Khaya wood, the bowl is divided into three parts and stands on three weighted sterling silver feet below. The underside of the bowl is signed "E Milan" and "Khaya," the sterling feet are marked "Sterling Cement Filled."
17" x 2.5" x 11.5".
In overall good condition for its age. The wood has some minor scratches and some nicks in the wood. The sterling feet show signs of scratches.
