A signed studio pottery vase by artist Eselean Goree Henderson (1917-2004). This vase has a blue and white glaze. The vase is a square shape until forming a cone shade at the neck. The vase is signed “E. Henderson” to the underside.
Eselean Goree Henderson studied at the Art Institute of Chicago. Other potters looked to her as their teacher and mentor, including Marva Pitchford Jolly. She was a nationally acclaimed potter for over 35 years.
