A 1959 abstract ink drawing by American artist Harry Hilson (1935-2004). The drawing depicts the artist's dog, Ginger, laying on a spotted floor. Signed lower right, dated upper right, and titled upper left, the drawing is displayed in a wooden frame with a cream mat.
Harry Hilson was active from the 1950s-2000. He created a variety of works, including oil paintings, ink drawings, wool tapestries, and more. His studios were found in New York, Los Angeles, and Aspen.
