A mid-century lithograph of bricks by Belgian artist Jacques Charlier (born 1939). The print depicts rectangular bricks layered upon a black field. The piece is presented behind white mat in a black metal frame. The lithograph is signed by the artist and dated to the verso.
Jacques Charlier, a pioneer in European conceptual art, is a Belgian artist who lives and works in Liège. Charlier has exhibited his works in numerous cities including Liège, Brussels, Luxembourg, Geneva, Düsseldorf, Paris and Milan.
