Jim Bray Signed 1970 Limited Edition Op Art Serigraph


A limited edition Op Art serigraph by American artist Jim Bray (1933-1978). Signed and dated 1970 to the lower right and numbered "34/50" to the lower left, this piece is comprised of bright white, blue, and yellow lines that converge in the center of the composition. The work is displayed behind a white mat and in a black frame.

Jim Bray was an internationally and nationally recognized artist, teaching workshops at the Folk University in Sweden. Bray has been awarded many different distinctions for different types of art, including receiving signature status from the Kansas Watercolor Society and National Watercolor Oklahoma, numerous first place and best of show awards in national competitions, and top honors at national CASE conferences. Bray also taught courses in watercolor, life drawing, painting, serigraphy, and typography.
