A 1991 signed serigraph print on paper by American feminist writer, theorist, artist and academic, Kate Millett (1934 - 2017). The abstract design of the print is a screen print of a pattern made by blowing or dripping ink across a page. To the right of the work there is a handwritten poem in graphite. Artist's stamp and signature "Kate Millett" is present to the lower right. The print is also marked, "Frustration Series," dated 1991, and "The Farm" along the lower edge. The text of the poem reads:
It happens in minutes Even over the phone
We die of words
Tone of voice, inflexion (sic)
25" x 19".
Some inconsistencies to the print due to the hand pulled nature of the work. Minor bends and pinholes to the corners. Other wear around the edges.
