An untitled abstract etching by American artist Mae Alice Engron (1942-2007). The work depicts frenetic groupings of lines and shapes including hearts and spirals. The etching is presented behind a navy mat in a wooden frame.
Indiana artist Mae Alice Engron attended Herron School of Art in Indianapolis, Indiana, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1984. One of the few black female abstract painters of her time, Engron was the featured artist in many Indianapolis exhibitions during her career. Her works are included in the collections of the Smithsonian American Art Museum, Pepsico, and the Indiana State Museum.

Scratches and scuffs to the frame. Small chips on the frame. There are some smudges around the edges of the print.
