A limited edition serigraph print by the Japanese artist Norio Azuma (1928-2004). Titled Sun and Man, this abstract serigraph print on paper features layered black and white shapes under a yellow sun and a saturated red background. Signed to the lower right, the print is numbered 14/20 to the lower left and is titled to the lower center. The print is displayed in a wooden frame and a gray triple mat. 

Born in Japan, Norio Azuma studied art at the Kanazawa Art College in Japan and then later went to study at the Chouinard Art Institute in Los Angeles and the Art Students League in New York. Azuma's works are part of numerous private and public collections including the Whitney Museum of Art, the Brooklyn Museum of Art, the Seattle Art Museum, the Cleveland Museum of Art, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Art Institute of Chicago, among others.

Condition notes:

Minor wear and chip to the frame. Some discoloration to the paper. There are several chips in the ink as well as some cracking to the ink present.
