Rinaldo Paluzzi Signed 1961 Mid-Century Oil on Canvas Abstract Painting
An oil on canvas painting by American-Spanish artist Rinaldo Paluzzi (1927-2013). Signed "Rinaldo Paluzzi 1961" to the lower right, the painting features layers of impasto forming a geometric array of shapes. The painting is displayed in a brown wooden stick frame.
After studying at the John Herron School of Art in Indianapolis, Paluzzi went on to study at the Accademia de Belle Arti in Rome. His works are included in the permanent collections of the Hirshhorn, the Carnegie Museum, the Indianapolis Museum of Art, and more.
