Vern Rader Non-Objective Oil on Board Painting


An oil on board painting by American artist Vern Rader (1924-2017). The painting features a non-objective blue and white composition with pale green accents. The painting is unframed.

From Ohio, Vern Rader studied art at the École des Beaux-Arts in Fountainbleau, France. He later went to the University of Cincinnati to study design where he studied under the American designer Russell Wright. Rader went on to become the art director at Proctor and Gamble.
