Walter Stomps 1961 Signed Abstract Gouache Painting

A 1961 abstract gouache painting by American artist Walter Stomps, Jr. (1929-2020). The mid-century painting features an abstract formation of organic shapes in earth tone colors with a color block of pink and black to the upper right corner. Presented behind mat in a metal frame, the painting is signed and dated to the lower left corner. 

Measurements:

32.25” x 24.74” x 1” (frame); 27.5” x 19.5” (sight).

Condition notes:

Scratches and scuffs to the frame. Some scratches to the plexiglass.
