A 2015 oil on board painting titled Trumpet Player in Window by American artist Wayne Mann (born 1955). The painting depicts a seated gentleman dressed in a turquoise dress coat resting a trumpet upon his knee. A cross and two figural paintings hang upon the wall in the background. A table lamp and window covering flank the gentleman. Signed to the upper right corner and on the right lower edge, the painting is displayed in a salvaged window frame that was rescued from the lower 9th Ward in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.

The frame has an intentionally distressed finish. Other wear present.
