A 1993 Postmodern acrylic on wood clock sculpture by Indiana artist Steve Redman (born 1944). Stacked geometric shapes are joined to form a monumental clock sculpture depicting a cream, yellow, green and gold faux marble finish. A single box with an open compartment houses the clock mechanism. The sculpture is signed “REDMAN 93” to the back.

Born in Poseyville, Indiana, Steve Redman's artistic journey began with an unwavering certainty that can only be described as destiny. Redman attended the John Herron Art Institute for his BFA, Indiana University Bloomington for his MFA, and currently owns and operates his business, Redman Art Restoration. His work has been exhibited throughout the wider Indianapolis area, Chicago, New York, Provincetown, and more, receiving numerous accolades.
