An abstract artist's proof serigraph print by the American artist Harry Hilson (1935-2004). Signed and dated to the lower right, this work features abstract shapes of dark brown, purple, and yellow that fit together on a rectangular plane. This piece is unframed and is also marked "SS 47" to the lower edge.

Harry Hilson was active from the 1950s-1990s. He created a variety of works, including oil paintings, ink drawings, wool tapestries, wax paintings, video art, sculpture, and more. His studios could be found in New York, California, Texas, Georgia, and Florida. Hilson and his wife, Jane, also ran a framing company called Fine Art Inc.

Condition notes:

Some creasing and discoloration to paper around the edges. Faint scratch in print along upper left. Top brown portion of the print has an area in the upper right corner that is not as saturated as the rest. Some discolored smudges to the yellow.
