A 1981 acrylic and graphite on paper painting titled Sobriquette by the Indiana mixed media artist Will Northerner (born 1954). Illustrated in red and outlined in gray over a blue and white frenetic ground, Northerner depicted a portrait of a rugged male in this abstract piece. The painting is signed to the bottom right “W Northerner 81-” and an artist tag is attached verso. The painting is displayed in a gold tone metal frame and cream-tan mat.

27” W x 31” H x 0.5” D (frame), 19.5” W x 23.5” H (sight).
Condition notes:
Some scuffs to frame. Small indentations to paper on the right side.
