A 1981 oil on canvas painting by the American artist Grace Bishko. Titled Mother Ego and Her Pressure Cooker, this vibrant painting depicts three pink female figures at the center embraced two two arms formed from a sky above and a collection of plants below. Pink flowers accented both of the lower corners while profiles of faces and a blue and white decorative border frame the entire piece. Signed and dated to the lower right, the painting is titled verso and is displayed in a natural wood frame.
