Harry Hilson Signed 1973 “Structure Series #48” Abstract Serigraph


A 1973 limited edition abstract serigraph titled Structure Series #48 by American artist Harry Hilson (1935-2004). A light blue-gray is the background color, with a darker gray shape at the bottom, and a bright purple shape in the top left corner of the composition. The serigraph is signed "Hilson 11/73," titled, and numbered "2/200" along the bottom edge. The print is unframed.

Harry Hilson was active from the 1950s-1990s. He created a variety of works, including oil paintings, ink drawings, wool tapestries, wax paintings, video art, sculpture, and more. His studios could be found in New York, California, Texas, Georgia, and Florida. Hilson and his wife, Jane, also ran a framing company called Fine Art Inc.
