A Herman Miller Aluminum Group mesh office chair. This chair features a black mesh seat and back, with silver metal arms and five legs on casters. Marked with a manufacturer tag to the underside of the seat. The chair has an adjustable seat height.

The Eames Aluminum Group was started by Alexander Girard, a friend and design collaborator with the Eameses. Charles and Bearnice Alexandra "Ray" Eames are recognized as key figures of 20th-century design, architecture, filmmaking, and furniture. The pair met at Cranbrook Academy of Art and later found the Eames Office together.
