Roger Mühl Signed Limited Edition Abstract Lithograph


A limited edition lithograph by the French artist Roger Mühl (1929-2008). This abstract print depicts an outdoor scene of a structure standing against a clear blue sky. Signed to the lower right, the print is numbered 47/125 to the lower left and is displayed in a white mat and a gold tone wooden frame.

Born in Strasbourg, Mühl attended the National School of Decorative Arts in Strasbourg where he graduated from in 1948. He moved to Montreux-Chateau in 1954 and became known for his paintings of the French countryside and figures, especially his depictions of atmosphere and light. Mühl had his first Parisian exhibit in 1960 at the Galerie de Paris.
