A limited edition lithograph by the Bulgarian artist Georgi Daskaloff (1923-2005). This colorful work is characterized by blocks of red, blue, brown, white, and pink with an abstracted female figure to the left of the center. The piece is signed and dated at the bottom and is framed in an off-white mat and black wooden frame.
Born in Sofia, Bulgaria, Daskaloff graduated from Sofia University in 1949. He later moved to Paris and then New York. Daskaloff has works in the collections of the British Museum, the Metropolitan Museum in New York, as well as others.
