A 1980s acrylic on paper painting by American artist Harry Hilson (1935-2020). This work depicts an abstracted landscape in splattered purples, blues, and greens. The painting is unframed and is signed in the lower right corner. 

Harry Hilson was active from the 1950s-1990s. He created a variety of works, including oil paintings, ink drawings, wool tapestries, wax paintings, video art, sculpture, and more. His studios could be found in New York, California, Texas, Georgia, and Florida. Hilson and his wife, Jane, also ran a framing company called Fine Art Inc.
