A 1988 embossed giclee print after a work by the Japanese artist Hisashi Otsuka (born 1948). Titled Lion of Fire, this vibrant work depicts a figure with bright wear hair and wearing a heavily patterned kimono. Marked in the print with the artist's chopmark, this print is displayed in a gold tone frame and a black mat.

Hisashi Otsuka was born in Tokyo and studied under Tateo Jo from the age of 15. In 1979, Otsuka moved to Hawaii and began to introduce Western style to his traditional Japanese works.
