A 1955 bronze abstract sculpture titled Fegele by the American artist Isidore Grossman (born 1908). The sculpture depicts an ambiguous nude figure standing with arms to their sides and head turned to the left. A coil of hair rests upon the right shoulder of the slender and defined figure. The base of the sculpture is titled, signed, and dated 1955.

Born in New York, Grossman was a friend and studio assistant of the Modern artist Jacques Lipchitz (1891-1973) during the 1950s. Grossman did not have formal schooling as an artist but records of him exhibiting his sculptures begin in 1939 with him participating in exhibitions at the Carnegie Institute and the New School for Social Research in New York City. In 1940, his works were included in exhibits at the Philadelphia Academy of Fine Arts, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, as well as having works included as part of the New York City WPA Art Project. In 1943, he joined the United States Army to serve during World War II. After returning from the War, Grossman exhibited works at the Whitney Museum in New York, as well as working as a studio assistant to Jacques Lipchitz.
