A signed abstract mixed media drawing and print by American artist Robert Henry (born 1933). Signed "R. Henry" on the lower edge, the figures of this piece are done using a combination of red colored pencil and charcoal drawn against a printed lithograph background. The figures appear to be in motion with their backs towards the viewer. The work is mounted onto a cream piece of paper.
Robert Henry was born in Brooklyn, New York, and spent much of his adult life in the city. After receiving a BA from Brooklyn College, Henry continued his personal studies in New York City under artist Hans Hoffmann. He went on to teach art across the New England area, as well as China and Japan.

Condition notes:
Smudges and marks to the margins. Pinholes to the corners of the backing paper. Slight crease to the center. Discoloration present to the verso of the backing paper. There is a patch of worn paper with loss of color on the center right of the piece, uncertain if it is an intentional element by the artist. There is a tear in the paper of the piece along the right side.
