A "Swing" glass vase designed by the Swedish artist and designer Kjell Engman (born 1946) for Kosta Boda. Made from a deep purple glass, this vase has a narrow neck that flares out and then tapers again at the bottom. It is marked “Kosta Boda K. Engman 48888” to the underside.
Kjell Engman is a Swedish artist who creates large scale installations and art glass. He is often commissioned for public works in Sweden and abroad and has designed five collections for Kosta Boda.
