A signed 1969 abstract metal sculpture by the American artist Harry Hilson (1935-2004). Signed and dated to the verso, the sculpture is composed from a square piece of metal populated by round metal pieces on one side. The sculpture stands on two rounded feet feet below. 

Harry Hilson was active from the 1950s-1990s. He created a variety of works, including oil paintings, ink drawings, wool tapestries, wax paintings, video art, sculpture, and more. His studios could be found in New York, California, Texas, Georgia, and Florida. Hilson and his wife, Jane, also ran a framing company called Fine Art Inc.
