A 1980s abstract acrylic on paper painting diptych by the American artist Harry Hilson (1935-2004). Each panel features an abstracted landscape scene with rolling hills and a lush green field dotted with flowers. Unframed, this piece is signed to the lower right and titled to the lower left.
Harry Hilson was active from the 1950s-1990s. He created a variety of works, including oil paintings, ink drawings, wool tapestries, wax paintings, video art, sculpture, and more. His studios could be found in New York, California, Texas, Georgia, and Florida. Hilson and his wife, Jane, also ran a framing company called Fine Art Inc.
