A 1975 mixed media serigraph by the American artist James Rosenquist (1933-2017). A leather belt is attached to the center of the print. Signed and dated to the lower right, the print is numbered XLI/L to the lower left and is displayed in a black metal frame.

Born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, Rosenquist was encouraged from a young age in his artistic endeavors by his mother who was a painter. While studying, he began working as a sign painter painting billboards and other signs in Time Square and display windows on 5th Avenue. His time as a sign painter created an artistic foundation that segued into Pop Art with his first one-man show happening in 1962 at Green Gallery. He exhibited widely during his lifetime with numerous retrospectives of his works, including retrospectives at the Whitney, the Guggenheim Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, Chicago, among others.
