Kjell Engman Kosta Boda Well Series Bear

A glass bear designed by Swedish glass artist and designer Kjell Engman (born 1946) for Kosta Boda. From the designer's Well series, this piece depicts the head and torso of a bear without arms whose body fans out into a cone shape. Marked with a Kosta Boda sticker to the lower edge, the piece is also marked "Kosta Boda K. Engman 90132” to the underside. The bear rests on an oval black wooden base.
