A sculpture by the American artist Walter Driesbach (1929-2015). This sculpture depicts an abstracted figure of a woman with her head resting in her hands. Displayed on a travertine base, the sculpture is signed on the bottom edge of the figure. 

A graduate of the Dayton Art Institute and the Art Academy of Cincinnati, Driesbach created art primarily with stone, wood, and bronze. His work has been a part of both private and public collections and has been shown in both solo and group shows across of the country. Driesbach went on to teach sculpture at the Art Academy of Cincinnati for many years and in 1987, he received an honorary doctorate.
