Terms of Service for Hermes Personal Integrations

Hermes Personal Integrations is a private productivity application operated by Andrew King for use with Google accounts that he owns or is expressly authorized to access.
Permitted use
The application may be used to access and manage authorized Google services, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Tasks.
The application must not be used to access another person's Google account or data without that person's authorization.
User responsibility
The authorized user is responsible for:
- Reviewing consequential actions before they are completed
- Maintaining control of the connected Google accounts
- Protecting devices and credentials used by the application
- Revoking access if a device, credential, or account may have been compromised
Availability
The application is provided for private use and may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. No guarantee is made that every feature will always be available or error-free.
Data practices
Use of Google user data is governed by the Hermes Personal Integrations Privacy Policy.
No public service
Hermes Personal Integrations is not offered as a public or commercial software service. No third party acquires a right to use the application merely because these terms are publicly accessible.
