A ceramic table lamp designed by Italian artist and designer Aldo Londi (1911-2003) for Bitossi. Made in Italy, this lamp is in the Piastrelle pattern and features a brown body with a black and white repeated design meant to mimic tiles. The underside of the lamp is marked “8501B Base Made in Italy."
Measurements:
10” x 19.5” x 10” (to top of socket).
Condition notes:
Some chips present, mainly to the lower portion below the black and white design. Small crack where where cord hole is. The black metal spacer at the top has some of its black finish missing. Lamp powered on when tested. Other age appropriate wear.
