A Bitossi orange lidded vessel with metal stand. Made in Italy, the lidded vessel features a turned shape with a textured orange glazed finish. The iron base cradles the urn and rests upon twisted legs with curled feet. The interior rim of the urn is marked "base made Italy". There is a hole at the top center of the lid as well as the bottom center of the base.
Measurements:
10” x 20” x 10” (overall); 10” x 18” x 10” (ceramic); 7” x 9” x 7” (metal stand).
Condition notes:
Imperfections including small chips to the glaze. Crazing present. Small spots of rust to the metal base. Scratches, scuffs and other wear present.
