An Asterisk Clock designed by the American designer George Nelson (1908-1986) for the Howard Miller Clock Company. This iconic Mid Century Modern has a black asterisk-shaped face with white hands and a red second hand.

 

Measurements:

10” W x 10” H x 3” D.

Condition notes:

Some scuffs and scratches to finish, most notably to underside and base of clock. Small eye hook has been added to the body for hanging. Other small holes have been drilled to the back and sides of the base. Has been converted to battery operated and has a replaced second hand, original motor is included. Clock is in working condition and keeps time.
