Harry Hilson Signed 1970 Ink and Pencil Drawing of a Woman


A 1970 drawing by the American artist Harry Hilson (1935-2004). This ink and graphite work depicts a woman in profile with a duplicate of her profile next to her covered in organic and botanically inspired designs. Signed to the lower right, the work is displayed in a wooden frame and a white mat.

Harry Hilson was active from the 1950s-2000. He created a variety of works, including oil paintings, ink drawings, wool tapestries, and more. His studios could be found in New York, Los Angeles, and Aspen.
