A signed 1982 abstract mixed media painting by the American artist Harry Hilson (1935-2004). Titled Neon Lite Nite, this gouache, colored pencil, graphite, and airbrushed abstract painting depicts abstract lines illustrate biomorphic shapes in neon colors over a gray ground. Signed to the lower right, the painting is also titled and dated to the lower edge.
Harry Hilson was active from the 1950s-2000. He created a variety of works, including oil paintings, ink drawings, wool tapestries, and more. His studios could be found in New York, Los Angeles, and Aspen.
