A studio pottery vase by the American artist Lyle Peters (1926-2023). The small blue vase has thin brown vertical striping. The underside of the vase is signed "Lyle Peters".
Lyle Peters received his BS from Western Michigan University and his MA from University of Wisconsin. Peters taught as an art instructor for nearly four decades and was an active member of his community, including being a member of the Wisconsin Watercolor Society and Art Department Chair of his local school district in Racine, WI.
