A stoneware vase by American ceramic artist Marjorie Marie Peeler (1926-2017). The cylindrical vase is glazed in white with a speckled finish and features a pattern of incised lines throughout. Signed “Peeler” on the underside.

Marjorie Peeler was a ceramic artist who worked closely with her husband Richard Peeler under the name "Peeler Pottery." Richard and Marj Peeler met in art class during their sophomore year at Arsenal Tech High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. Together they were full time potters from 1972 until Richard’s death in 1998.
