Masoud Yasami Signed 1993 "Composition with Target and Ladder" Acrylic on Canvas Painting

An abstract acrylic on canvas painting titled Composition with Target and Ladder by American artist Masoud Yasami (born 1949). Signed "Yasami" to the bottom right corner, as well as signed, dated, and titled verso, this painting demonstrates Yasami's interest in space, color, and illusionism, combining realistic and surreal elements. A cloudy sky is in the background, with a ball, arrow, and other objects appearing suspended in space with a grid pattern overlapping most of the composition. The painting is gallery wrapped and is unframed.
